We wanted that experience, professionalism and enthusiasm so we decided to pay a bit more to get it and we're very happy with the results.3. We love the bathroom!!This is an obvious one, but we love how it turned out! The work was carefully done and exactly how we wanted. We're thrilled!4. They finished on scheduleHUGE pro with construction. They put in the extra hours to get everything done before the estimated completion date.The "Cons":1. They were available sooner than expected.Not really a con, but it was the one thing that threw us off and we hadn't expected. We had to rush around a bit to get our materials because they were available sooner than expected and offered to start basically ASAP, a week early. We could have said no, but we were up for the challenge of getting ready sooner.2. Ben wasn't the boots on the ground guy.This was what we expected, and isnt a really a con for us. But if you are looking for a one man operation, it isn't here. Ben captains the ship and sent a great team to do the construction itself. First was getting the exterior of my house repainted and it turned out exactly as I had hoped. It's beautiful!I then needed a quick project of getting my window wells redone with concrete blocks and they finished the project in rapid time.My major project with them was replacing a very old and outdated front porch deck. Benjamin Kim, my contact with Palm Construction in Washington State, walked me through the whole project from start to finish. He was very responsive each time I called with any concern that I had. The project took a little bit longer than I expected due to the hurricane in Florida. A lot of their crew left to go help out family. Regardless of the amount of time that it took, the deck turned out to be fabulous!
